Polis SGR S.p.A. participates in the Arbitrator for Financial Disputes, the out-of-court financial disputes resolution system between intermediaries and investors other than eligible counterparties as per art. 6, para 2-quater, letter d), and professional clients as per following paras 2-quinquies and 2-sexies of TUF, regulated by Consob. The right to defer to the Arbitrator itself cannot constitute a waiver by the investor and can always be exercised also when contractual clauses exist that provide for disputes to be deferred to other dispute resolution organisations.
