CONSORTIUM FUND
The Consortium Fund is an Italian closed-end alternative real estate investment fund reserved for both professional and non-professional investors. The Fund commenced its operations on December 18, 2014.
The purpose of the Fund is to invest and manage the raised assets with the aim of achieving medium to long-term appreciation of the investment assets and maximizing the net result to be distributed among the participants following divestment. The Fund invests no less than two-thirds of its total value in real estate assets and/or real estate rights, as well as in stakes in real estate companies. Additionally, the Fund’s assets may be invested, to a residual extent and in any case not exceeding one-third of the total value of the Fund, in financial instruments and other assets.
Real estate investments may be made for development, enhancement, and trading purposes, or to generate income from the properties. The Fund’s assets consist of properties located entirely in northern Italy, primarily intended for instrumental and logistic-productive use.
